How it Works
- Tecmark works with you to design a member application that describes the program and gathers key information about your customer.
- Your customer completes the membership application. Input the information yourself or have Tecmark take care of it.
- A mailing with a personalized member card is sent to your customer. We highly recommend enticing them to visit with an offer.
- Each time the member makes a purchase, the card is swiped and the amount spent is entered.
- The transaction is immediately sent to our server and a receipt is printed with current data and year-to-date points. You can customize marketing messages on the receipt and vary the message by location.
- You can choose to customize your promotions by site. For example, offer “Double Point Tuesdays” at one of your slower locations.
- Members accumulate points. When point thresholds are reached, they can automatically receive a rewards slip printed from the terminal or choose a reward via the terminal, phone or internet.
- Customer service is provided by Tecmark or member information is directly accessed by you.
- Rewards are fulfilled either on-location or by Tecmark.
- Management has access to online activity reports.
