Last week, Erika, Sue and I experienced the ETA Show in San Diego, CA. The weather was great, the conference center was right on the ocean and we learned a lot about ISOs, MSPs, and processing. This was our first time at ETA and although we didn’t have simulation race cars, a live monkey, a putting green or texas hold-em table, we still met a lot of great people. Our mission was to introduce our new product – Simpli Marketing – and get input and feedback. We are in the middle of developing it and want to get it right the first time. Since ISOs/MSPs know merchants best, we figured they would have some great ideas.

Although our booth placement was awful – stuck in the corner, we were blessed to be visited by some great ISOs. In particular, we would like to thank Brady Nash from BNG Holdings Inc., Scott Bahneman from Payment Processing Inc., and Andrew Nere from Innovative Lease Services. All three of these guys are innovative businessmen with some great ideas for their merchants. We are looking for ISO partners to provide feedback on the test product and to be one of the first to offer it to their merchants. So if you are interested, let us know.

Although we were small, we had a great chachka – mints to combat the delicious garlic food that was served and post it notes with marking flags – who knows what we may come up with next year!
