Simplicity is the Best Way

As we are discussing loyalty marketing with our clients and prospects one theme emphasized time and again is simplicity.  A great loyalty program is simple and memorable.  If you confuse your employees and customers with a complex loyalty program it is worthless to your business.  Start simple, keep it simple and have some fun.
