- The Program Overview – Detailed information about your program and how it works. It's your online program manual.
- Real-Time Reporting – A program overview that provides a snapshot of measurement criteria such as new members, transactions and much more. View results by location. Program alerts notify you of any significant variance in results. See what is causing a variance and adjust proactively. Additional reporting lets you set your own parameters to look at results by time period and location.
- Member Look up – Access to each member’s address, demographics, member communications and transaction activity. Change addresses and submit requests such as award issuance.
- Member Enrollment – If you complete your own member enrollments, this feature is for you. Tecmark takes care of preparing and mailing the new membership card and any other new member kit fulfillment upon enrollment.
- Security Management – Allows you to determine different access levels for various staff members. A store manager may only see information for one store; a clerk may only see data entry screens.
