Seamless Integration with Your Systems
Our LMS technology works with stand-alone terminals, e-commerce systems and several point-of-sale (POS) systems. LMS tracks purchases regardless of when or where your members shop. Appropriate loyalty credit is applied to all valid transactions, awards can be issued on-site, and daily reporting is available.
Flexible Terminals for Advanced Tracking
Our stand-alone terminals allow each of your business locations to administer your loyalty and/or gift card program through a common input device, regardless of variations in your POS equipment. These terminals simply connect to an existing phone line or Internet connection.
When a customer card is swiped through the terminal, data goes to Tecmark's central Loyalty Management System via an existing Internet connection. Here, points and awards are tracked, managed, and administered. For gift cards, the central system handles issuance and redemption functions. These flexible terminals offer advanced tracking options such as running both a loyalty and gift card program using the same platform.
