Our Story

Who are we at Tecmark, how did it all begin and where are we going in the future? For us, it's all about loyalty. Loyalty has been the foundation of Tecmark's journey from our founder's roots in rural Iowa to your bottom line.

We put our 20-plus years of marketing and loyalty experience to work for you. At Tecmark, we help you create loyalty by enhancing relationships with customers, crafting promotions that will pay off, and using technology to make the whole process easy.

History

Our founder, Brent Harms, grew up on a family farm in Iowa and saw firsthand how powerful the concept of rewarding customers for their loyalty could be to a business or to a brand. Since then, his passion for loyalty has only strengthened. He has been active in connecting businesses with their customers through loyalty marketing since 2000.

SimpliConnect

In September 2019, Brent launched SimpliConnect, Inc., a SaaS company focused on the convenience store industry. SimpliConnect (dba Tecmark) works with small to mid-sized C-store chains in their efforts to compete with their larger counterparts. We offer software licenses to our comprehensive loyalty rewards platform. Our platform includes certified point of sale integration, customizable mobile app options, and omni-channel customer communication tools that allow our clients to stay engaged with program members. It is our goal to help clients build strong loyalty programs that target, engage, reward and retain customers.

SimpliConnect is continually evolving, developing new technologies and ideas that simplify and improve loyalty for businesses and consumers. It is privately held and located in Minneapolis, MN.
