At Tecmark, the well-being of both our employees and our clients is at the forefront of our minds. We’re closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are taking steps to ensure the safety of our team while continuing to deliver the same standard of service you have come to expect from us. Most of our employees will be working from home; however, we will, have a limited number of staff on premise, as needed, to support our client programs and onboard new clients. In addition, our sales team is continuing to work with our prospects to understand their needs and to help them build programs that deliver great results for them.
We know there is currently even more stress than usual on every business owner, including myself. We also know that our clients with a loyalty or rewards program in place are thrilled that they can use these programs to keep their customers updated via text, email, and app notifications. Since they are some of the few actually open for business, they appreciate the ability to communicate with their customers and in some cases, offer them special deals to help them out during this tough and uncertain time. Through our communication tools, they are also able to update their customers on issues such as store hours and availability of products.

As we move into life beyond this pandemic, retaining and growing your business from your current customer base is likely to be more critical than ever.
