Short job description including big projects or accomplishments:

With the main responsibility of business development, I look forward to working with the c-store industry to bring successful loyalty programs to that dynamic market. As a leader in loyalty and CRM design, I have created and managed some of the worlds leading programs. This includes designing and redesigning programs for Eddie Bauer, Best Buy, Northwest Airlines, True Value Hardware, UnitedHealth, Advantage Rent-a-Car and several international programs.

What motivates you?

Client success...I know it sounds corny but when my marketing client gets corporate recognition for a program we support, it is really rewarding.

Best advice anyone has ever given you?

The only true immortality we have is the knowledge we pass on. Mentoring gives you the opportunity to live forever!

Your life would be meaningless without…..

A great bourbon Manhattan, shared with friends on a mosquito-free Summer night on the deck.  

Craziest thing you have ever done?

Walk along a four inch ledge eight stories up at a hotel to get into room...not going to tell you why unless there is wine involved.

What is a hobby/talent you have that most people might not know about?

I am a closet gardener! I love planting an herb garden, tomatoes, and vegetables and creating new dinners for my family.

What are you most afraid of?

Retirement. I can't ever see me not working in some form or fashion in the loyalty/CRM industry.

One short term goal:

Bring the c-store industry up to speed with best-in-class loyalty and customer engagement methods.

One long term goal:

Develop my Mentor App...it is super cool and should make me a millionaire...at least that's what my kids are hoping!

Favorite loyalty program:

US Banks FlexPerks Credit card. High utility, always adding new benefits, and spot on communications.
